Hello world

I’ve always wanted to document my journey but never found the right moment. Today I’m finally starting.

So let me introduce myself. My name is Jordi. I’m a web developer now, but I didn’t grow up dreaming of becoming one.

After finishing bachillerato, I had no idea what to study. I wasn’t passionate about anything in particular. I just knew I wanted something creative, something where I could build things. I remembered how much I enjoyed informatica classes as a kid, so I thought, “Why not try this?”

The truth is, I didn’t know much, actually I didn’t know anything, about programming. But something about it caught my attention.

And that attention came in a strange way: I got my first ever zero. My first real failure. It was on my very first exam. A lot of people dropped out after that, but for me it had the opposite effect. It made me want to understand what I was doing wrong and how to improve.

Little by little, I started enjoying it. That’s how everything began, not with a plan but with curiosity. And over time, that curiosity turned into passion. Programming gave me structure, patience, and a sense of progress. It became a place where I could mix logic with creativity, and where every small step mattered.

Now, years later, I can say this with confidence:
I didn’t find programming. Programming found me.
