I do this every day

After noticing a month ago that my mobility was getting worse, I decided I needed to change something in my mornings. I kept waking up stiff, especially in my back and hips, and it was starting to affect my training and even how I sat at my desk.

So I started following this β€œDay Kickstart” routine from Breath and Flow every morning. It’s only a few minutes, but it wakes up my body in a way coffee never could. A bit of mobility, a bit of stretching, a bit of breathing β€” simple, but exactly what I needed.

It’s crazy how small habits like this can make such a difference. My body feels lighter, my mind calmer, and I actually look forward to this moment before starting the day.

One month ago, I felt stuck. Now, I feel like I’m finally moving again β€” literally.
