One hours it's not enough

I recently wrote about practicing English for one hour every day, but I realized something important. Learning a language is not just about sitting down for a strict study session. It is much more effective when you introduce the language into your daily life.
Instead of forcing one hour, I try to speak, read and listen to English throughout the day. Small moments make a big difference. A short podcast while cooking. Reading a paragraph from a book before bed. Talking to myself in English when I am alone. Even changing the language on my apps helps.
These little habits feel natural, and together they build real progress. Language learning is not a task on your to do list. It is something you live.
