Today I started refreshing my PostgreSQL knowledge using the Intro to Postgres classes by Aaron Francis. I had already used Postgres before, but I realized there were a lot of fundamentals I had never fully understood. I am also using these videos as part of my listening practice to improve my English.

The classes are clear, simple, and go straight to the point. Even the first video helped me remember things I had completely forgotten, like how Postgres stores data, how rows and pages work, and why understanding these basics makes you a better developer.

Sometimes going back to the fundamentals is the best upgrade you can make. I’m excited to keep going and rebuild a stronger foundation.
